Request an official invitation letter

All international attendees should confirm current visa requirements with the nearest French consulate or embassy before travel. Entry rules change. Complete the form with your passport details and registration confirmation. We typically respond within two business days.

→ Letters are issued only after a Full Access pass is paid and confirmed

→ The letter is in the name on your registration — we cannot issue guest letters

→ An invitation does not guarantee a visa. The consulate decides

→ Start your application early. Many consulates advise at least 60 days

→ Once a letter is issued, that ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred

→ If a visa is refused and you did not receive a letter, email hello@itadeurope.com on or before 1 February 2027

IDENTITY

First and last name as they appear on the passport, date of birth, job title and company.

PASSPORT

Passport number, date and country of issue, and the dates you plan to stay in France.

Address, telephone and the email used for your ticket confirmation.
