Share operator experience, not a product demo. Vendor pitches are declined.
Keynote, panel, deep dive, masterclass or workshop — pick the format that fits the material.
Stick to the published slot. Moderators will hold the clock so the hall can rotate.
Send slides 7 days before the event. 16:9, no embedded video that needs a live login.
Accepted speakers receive a Full Access pass. Co-speakers need their own registration unless named on the submission.
Titles, photos and takeaways may appear on the website, app and recap.
