CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds

Full Access and paid upgrades may be cancelled for a full refund until 1 March 2027. After that date, tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable.

Transfers

You may transfer a registration to a colleague at the same company at any time, including on-site, at no charge. Email hello@itadeurope.com with both names.

Expo Pass

Free Expo Passes are not refundable (they have no fee). Unused Expo Passes may be transferred until the 500 cap is reached.

Force majeure

If the event cannot be held as planned, the organizer may offer a future-year credit or a refund at its discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
