WHEN & WHERE

What are the official dates of ITAD Europe 2027?

Conference days are APRIL 21–22, 2027, with pre-conference masterclasses, workshops and GIA meetings on TUESDAY 20 APRIL 2027. The venue is the OCÉANICE CONVENTION CENTRE, NICE, FRANCE.

Where should I stay?

We publish partner hotels within walking distance of the OcéaNice. See Recommended Hotels. Beware of unofficial housing bureaus claiming to sell official room blocks.

Do I need a visa to attend?

If you need a Schengen visa, register first then request a letter on the Visa Invitation page. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

Is there a deadline to book my hotel?

Book early — recommended hotels near the OcéaNice often fill weeks before the event. There is no contracted group room block announced yet. See Recommended Hotels and book direct with the property. Ignore unofficial housing bureaus claiming to sell an official block.

TICKETS & REGISTRATION

What is the difference between Full Access and the Free Expo Pass?

The Free Expo Pass covers the exhibit hall, keynotes, networking floor and meals, limited to 500 registrations. Full Access adds breakouts, your choice of one Masterclass or Workshop, evening events and the 1-to-1 meeting scheduler.

Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Full refund until MARCH 1, 2027. Transfers to a colleague are free at any time. Read the Cancellation Policy.

Are group discounts available?

Yes — three or more Full Access passes from the same company. Request pricing on the Group Rates page.

When do I get registration materials?

Registration materials are handed out on-site at the registration counters. Bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID to collect your badge. Materials are not mailed in advance.

How do I get a receipt for my registration?

A receipt is emailed when you register. If you did not receive it, check spam and whitelist @globalitad.org, then email events@globalitad.org and we will resend it.

AT THE EVENT

How does the 1-on-1 Meeting App work?

Full Access registrants receive scheduler access to book counterpart meetings before arriving in Nice. Login details are emailed closer to the event.

When will the conference app be available?

The app typically opens 4–6 weeks before the event. Registered attendees receive an email with download instructions.

What evening events are included?

Full Access includes the Opening Night Rooftop Reception and ITAD on the Town in Old Nice. Expo Pass holders do not have evening-event access.

What meals are included with registration?

Breakfast and lunch are included on both conference days (21–22 April 2027). Full Access also includes food and an open bar at the official evening receptions. Expo Pass holders have meals during hall hours but not evening-event catering.

What is the conference attire?

Business casual is suitable for all conference activities, including evening receptions. Social functions are casual.
